In conclusion, we can say that the Denmark Program
will serve as an aid for both the students from Texas and the students from
Denmark. It will enable both of the students to become familiar with a
different culture, geography and social environment. Simultaneously, it will
enable the students to enrich their knowledge about psychology and its
elements.
The students at Oratory have
very limited interactions with different kinds of people. It resembles one
great big family in which everyone is familiar with the other person. Anyone
can look at someone in the hallway and know everything about him or her. This
program will be a tool for a broadening the Oratorian horizon. The
students in Denmark will become familiarized with people from a background that
infuses two very different types of people. These people are Hispanic and Anglo-Saxon.
These two distinct cultures are idiosyncratic to the valley. It is what will
make the project interesting and exciting for the Denmark students. It is more
fun to learn about psychology when you are doing it in a very different social
environment.
