Hi, I am Sara Reinoso and I am a senior at the Oratory Athenaeum. I am originally from Peru but I lived
in New York City from the age of 2 to the age of 5 because my dad was completing his residency in Pediatrics. Then I lived
in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota for another three years because my dad was completing his fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
Then I came to McAllen, Texas because we would have to leave the country unless my dad went to an under serviced area with
no or few pediatric gastroenterologists, like McAllen. We liked this area so much that we decided to stay there after the
time passed and I have lived in the Valley since the middle of the third grade (January 1997 or 1998?). I like to read [ I
can get through an entire book(200-300 pgs.) in a few hours], play tennis( I played for the school team but I am
not sure what's happening this year) and piano (I've been playing and pedaling away for 6 years). I hope to continue these
activities in college( though I do suppose that most of my reading will be textbooks rather than pleasure reading.
Where am I going to get a new (piano)teacher ?).
